Acquisition of all the basics to be autonomous in the mountains: safety, orientation, etc.
Easy and rolling trails most of the time with one or two technical passages without difficulties (ridges, scree, névés, steep slopes) during the outing.
From 15 to 25 kilometres and between 800 and 1,000 metres of ascent.
Day 1 > 3 to 4 hours of running, a break at the bivouac, technical workshops and or a star summit around the bivouac
Day 2 > Wake up call and 4 hours of running
Throughout the weekend and during the thematic evening we will discuss training, nutrition, recovery and safety in the mountains in order to become autonomous.
